A medical oriented approach to improving your performance on the golf course.

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness program will evaluate your physical readiness for golf using a functional movement assessment and demonstrate how the results are correlated to your swing characteristics. Through manual therapy and corrective exercises an individually tailored program is developed to address your mobility and stability limitations, resulting in improved performance and a more enjoyable golf experience.

The TPI philosophy is simple: We dont believe there is one way to swing a club; we believe there are an infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one efficient way for everyone to swing a club and it is based on what they can physically do.

Rather than spending time and money to try and learn a professional tour players swing, invest your body in a professional medical setting to uncover your physical limitations that are affecting your performance on the course.
