Sean James, MA, CSCS, CKTP is a 2009 graduate of the State University of New York College at Cortland where he played football on the offensive line, winning four NJAC titles and honored by the AFCA as first team All-American. Sean possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an Exercise Science Concentration. He also possesses a Master of Arts in Psychology with a Sport and Exercise concentration. Sean is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP) through the Kinesio Taping Association International.
Sean began his career in 2009 working with athletes through rehabilitation as well as strength and conditioning programs. In addition to working as a Kinesiologist at Symmetry Physical Therapy, Sean has served as the dry land training coach for the JCC of Mid-Westchester Stingrays, a high school level swim team and currently holds the position of Head Strength Coach at Pelham Memorial High School.
